GBPD is Committed to 21st Century Policing

To the Community,

Regarding Chief Farnsworth’s statement (found in the previous post), The Great Barrington Police Department was as early supporter of the President’s Task Force on 21st Century Policing.

I attended a White House meeting in August 2016 when this initiative began. We continue today to have an ongoing group of Department members that meet regularly to discuss and update the Six Pillars. We invite everyone to check it out here: https://greatbarringtonpolice.com/21st-century-policing/
